Any information statements, warranties or representations made by a reseller of the Vestfriend Vest are not to be taken as warranties, or representations for which Vestfriend Body Armor will assume liability.

Vestfriend Body Armor will not be liable for any injury or death caused to the wearer.

The Vendor will not assume any liability to Purchaser or to any user of the Vestfriend Vest with respect to any uses of the Vestfriend Vest including any implied warranties of merchantibility, quality or fitness for any particular or intended purpose or use;

Vendor will not provide indemnification or contribution to Purchaser or to any user of the Vestfriend Vest with respect to any losses, damages, or liability arising out of or in connection with the use of the Vestfriend Vest;

Vendor will repair or replace any defective product brought to its attention as provided herein. This is Vendor's entire liability and Purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy in lieu of all others; and in no event will Vendor be liable for any damages or losses of any kind (including any personal injuries to Purchaser or any third parties including any liability which may arise out of third party claims against Purchaser) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Vestfriend Vest even if the Vendor has been advised of the possibility of such damage or loss.

In addition, no oral advice or written information given by Vestfriend Body Armor nor its affiliates, or any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, providers, merchants, sponsors, licensors, or the like, will create a warranty, nor should you rely on any such information or advice.

Vestfriend Body Armor will not provide indemnification or contribution to any purchaser or any user of the Vestfriend Vest with respect to any losses, damages or liability arising out of or in connection with the use of the Vestfriend Vest. Vestfriend Body Armor will repair or replace any defective product brought to its attention as provided pursuant to the Purchase Order Form. This is Vestfriend Body Armor entire liability and a purchaser's sole unexclusive remedy in lieu of all others.

In no event will Vestfriend Body Armor be liable for any damages or losses of any kind (including any personal injuries to a purchaser or any third parties including any liability which may arise out of third party claims against a purchaser) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Vestfriend Vest even if Vestfriend Body Armor has been advised of the possibility of such damage or loss. VESTFRIEND BODY ARMOR MAKES AND YOU RECEIVE NO REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO [@Vestfriend.bc.ca], ITS CONTENT, ITS MERCHANDISE, VESTFRIEND BODY ARMOR'S SERVICE OR ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS, INFORMATION, ITEMS OR MATERIALS PROVIDED BY VESTFRIEND BODY ARMOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF [@Vestfriend.bc.ca], INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION NO REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, SUITABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE. Under no circumstances will Vestfriend Body Armor or any other party involved in creating, producing or distributing [@Vestfriend.bc.ca] be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use [@Vestfriend.bc.ca], including but not limited to reliance by you on any information obtained from [@Vestfriend.bc.ca] or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or e-mail, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance, including without limitation those that result from acts of God, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to Vestfriend Body Armor's records, programs or services. Vestfriend Body Armor may also use your profile information to create aggregate reports. Such profile information is anonymous and does not contain any personally identifiable information. A - GOVERNING LAW
